What did you like about the workshop?
“Large variety of learning and practicing mindfulness techniques - gives participants a playbook for when they want to practice and test out what works best for each of it. I also enjoyed the intimacy and vulnerability of the sessions. Every participant was open to sharing and it made hearing different perspectives possible. Joyce made it easy for everyone to feel comfortable and open!”
